What is Work Wise™?
Work Wise is an employer-funded Employee Assistance Program (EAP) designed by Annabelle Psychology to provide companies and their employees with access to counselling, coaching, and training services in Singapore.
Our aim is to help employees in Singapore, from line staff to managers and C-Suite executives manage work and personal-related issues that may otherwise negatively impact their emotional well-being and job performance.
With Work Wise™, benefits that the company can expect include happier and more productive employees, reduced absenteeism and “quiet quitting” (also known as 躺平), mitigating burn out, higher morale and better retention of valued employees.

Our Work Wise EAP Services
Employees that are enrolled in the Work Wise program can confidentially and directly seek any of the psychotherapy and counselling services available at Annabelle Psychology that will be pre-set by their employers. Furthermore, wherever your employees are located, they have full access to a professional psychologist, counsellor, or any of our mental health professionals.
Employers will also have the same access to any emergency psychological and counselling services provided by our mental health professionals during any crises or emergencies that have happened to their families or employees.
Confidential Sessions
The mental health professionals at Annabelle Psychology are highly experienced and professional in dealing with many issues, such as burnout and self-care, stress management, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression, among others. Why We Should Address Mental Health in the Workplace
Mental Health In Singapore

Ψ Singapore is also the 3rd most sleep-deprived city. Only one in four people get more than 7 hours of sleep daily.
Ψ 92% of working Singaporeans feel stressed. This is far above the global average of stressed-out working adults, which lies at 84%.
Ψ There is a significant increase in Singaporeans seeking professional mental help to cope with mental struggles, family difficulties, and employment.
Ψ According to IMH studies, in 2021, 13% of Singaporeans were diagnosed with anxiety or depression.
