Yi Ling has a special interest in in assisting clients in making meaning of their experiences, trauma, and grief and loss issues.

Yi Ling adopts a client-centred approach and integrates different therapeutic modalities such as Emotion-Focused Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy, and Schema Therapy.
