Have you been feeling anxious and exhausted from your daily busyness? Every day we are so overwhelmed with the amount of tasks and notifications that call for our attention - these feelings can feel all-consuming and can drain us mentally. How then, do we find calmness in our everyday life?
To answer these questions, our counselling psychologist, Diana, will be conducting an introductory workshop to educate people on practising mindfulness as a technique to stay positive. From this online workshop, you can look forward to gaining practical skills and knowledge on mindfulness, and when to seek professional help from mental health specialists. This workshop also includes a guided practice on mindful eating.
