“Creating Distance from Unhelpful Thoughts”
Ψ Practice perspective taking to change ones’ reaction to thoughts and feelings
Ψ Facilitate a sense of space to experience thoughts with decreased fixation
# 3 Session on Saturday, 26 September, 4pm - 6pm
“Reconnect with Personal Values with Committed Action”
Ψ Promote greater clarity of values and action in the service of living well
Ψ Learn to foster motivation to carry out one’s commitment
