Learn psychological strategies and tolls in preparation for mid-year and year-end final examinations. Mindful learning, basic cognitive behavioural therapy approaches, and the effective use of mind maps and mind mapping techniques will be taught.
Participants will learn how to improve attention and memory using psychological tools, study effectively and understand the science of learning, and manage exam studying stress.
