Our Mindfulness programmes are guided by the principles of Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn, who is widely recognised as the pioneer of modern mindfulness, and the founder of the Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) programme.

Introduction to Mindfulness Talk
This 1-hour talk introduces participants to the concept of Mindfulness and highlights the benefits of mindfulness practice. Participants will get to engage in a short and guided exercise to crystallise their knowledge and experience.

Mindfulness (Full Day Workshop)
This full-day workshop (8 hours) introduces the concept of Mindfulness through sharings and guided practices. Participants will get to learn and experience the benefits of mindfulness using these practices to improve overall health and well-being.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)
This programme is adapted from the MBSR programme developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn to help people cope with stress, pain and challenges in life. It is a highly experiential programme that goes beyond introductory concepts. Participants will get to be equipped with the practice of mindfulness as a psychological tool to manage the stressors and challenges of life.
Suitable for:
● People who wish to deepen the use of mindfulness as a way to cope with stress, pain and challenges in life.
● Organisations that understand the psychological benefits of Mindfulness, and wish to encourage it as an integral part of healthy workplace culture.
Participants are highly recommended to commit to home practices for 45 to 60 minutes every day. This programme is available in two forms:
5-day Intensive Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programme
This is an intensive programme that condenses the original 8-week programme into 5 consecutive days. Participants will get to explore and experience mindfulness with an emphasis on stress reduction through sharings and guided practice that are usually delivered over 8 weeks.

8-week Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Programme
