Lidia 来自西班牙,目前是于新加坡就职的临床心理学家。从其临床实践中便体现出了她在严格的心理学学术和科学研究方面的丰富经验。她也曾是新加坡詹姆斯库克大学(JCU-S)的心理学与教育学术负责人。
在学术与研究上取得成功后,Lidia 回归到了临床心理学的积极实践当中,专治抑郁症、愤怒情绪、人格障碍、社交焦虑症、躯体症状性障碍、躁郁症、疾病焦虑障碍、沟通障碍。
Lidia 接受过各种关于心理学的培训,她主要采用较为折衷的方式,在认知行为疗法(CBT)、接受与承诺疗法(ACT)、和基模疗法中选择对客户来说更为合适,更易接受的管理方案。
作为一名同时在西班牙和新加坡都具备丰富就职经验的心理学家,Lidia对于心理咨询中可能产生的文化差异十分敏感。在平时,你很难将她的业余时间与对科学的研究,正念冥想,还有用爱与亲情淹没她的两只狗这几件事中分离。
Lidia 可以用英语,西班牙语,和加泰罗尼亚语来进行心理咨询。
