Para-counselling and Positive Behaviour Management Strategies for Parents

A child benefits tremendously from a non-judgemental, understanding and accepting environment, and studies have repeatedly shown that good parent-child relationships play a huge role in the child's positive growth and emotional development.

Therefore, parents play an essential role in facilitating their child's attitudes, behaviours and beliefs.

At the same time, parenting has never been more challenging, and many parents are "flying blind" by doing what they think, or feel is right and hoping for the best.

This course is designed to help parents learn and apply some of the basic skills that counsellors have been using for decades to better communicate, nurture and grow with their child. This course can provide parents with support by guiding them through para-counselling and guidance skills that can help their kids reach their full potential.
