WORK WISE™

A Millennial Employee Assistance Programme
by Annabelle Psychology

What is Work Wise?

Work Wise
is an employer-funded Employee Assistance Program designed by Annabelle Psychology to provide companies with access to various psychological and counselling services in Singapore.

An Employee Assistance Program (EAP) aims to help various employees in Singapore, from staff to managers, manage work- and personal-related issues that may otherwise result in a negative impact on their emotional well-being and job performance.

With EAP, some of the benefits that the company can expect are happier employees, reduced sick leaves and absenteeism, improved employee productivity, higher morale and efficiency, and better retention of valued employees.

Employees that are enrolled in the Work Wise program are able to confidentially and directly seek any of the psychotherapy and counselling services available at Annabelle Psychology that will be pre-set by their employers. The counselling and therapy sessions will be conducted either online, face to face, or on the phone. This means that wherever your employees are located, they have full access to a professional psychologist, counsellor, or any of our mental health professionals.

Employers also will have the same access to any emergency psychological and counselling services provided by our mental health professionals during any crises or emergencies that have happened to their family or employees.

Adhoc Counselling Sessions

The mental health professionals at Annabelle Psychology are highly experienced and professional in dealing with many issues, such as burnout and self-care, stress management, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety, and depression, among others.

Corporate Workshops

We also have corporate workshops and talks that touch on specific mental struggles topics as well as practical skills and techniques they can pick up to improve mental health.

Ψ Studies have shown that there is a significant increase in Singaporeans seeking professional mental help to cope with mental struggles, family difficulties, and employment.

Ψ According to IMH studies, in 2021, 13 per cent of Singaporeans were diagnosed with anxiety or depression
